- Advanced experience with a range of LED processing products, eVision, Brompton, and Novastar advantageous.
- Experience using CAD related software such AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Visio will be essential.
- Intermediate- advanced understanding of video systems, including but not limited to LED processing.
- Understanding and experience in entertainment rigging and LED Screen specific rigging.
- General AV experience.
- Intermediate Rigging Ticket.
- Knowledge of Barco E2 and vision switching systems.
- Broadcast camera systems experience.
- WWC check.

About You
As an Operations Coordinator you will work alongside & support our Operations Team, ensuring operational rostering & scheduling requirements are met to a high standard allowing WOOHAH to deliver world class events. Ultimately you would be responsible for crewing & logistics across each event, for both internal and external crew. You will work with the Operations Manager & Day Control to identify continual improvement within resource planning & operations to achieve the best outcomes for the WOOHAH team.
To be considered, you would need to be able to demonstrate 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, and have a broad understanding of the AV events industry across multiple sectors Corporate, Touring & Film/TV.
Experience Required
- Ability to remain nimble and think outside the box.
- Crew adequately in accordance with job requirements scoped by Sales & Production 14 +days.
- Proactively identify & resolve crew/skills shortages, broadly & job specific.
- Proactively scout new crew members.
- Assist and collaborate with Sales and Production when support is required and/or find appropriate resources to achieve a desired outcome.
- Work with Productions to ensure all technical/crew have the information required to successfully complete their task during each shift, with emphasis on skills match, efficiency and budgets in accordance with business needs.
- Proactively assist in identifying technical skills gaps and assist the Operations -Manager with recruitment of suitable technical crew.
- Ensure crew adequate breaks between shifts and appropriate rest time between tours.
- Ensure dress code, licences i.e., WWC etc needs are identified and the business is compliant.

- Willing to work during event hours which can be evening and weekends and throughout Australia. Some travel may be involved.
