For the “Laughs Funny” tour, WOOHAH engineered a visual ecosystem focused on intimacy at an arena scale. By combining high-resolution LED backdrops with a specialised broadcast chain and prompting solutions, we provided the “Technical Mastery” required for Jimmy’s high-stakes, interactive performance style.
Our comprehensive touring solution for Bohm Presents included:
- Integrated LED Architecture: We deployed a multi-zone ROE CB5 LED solution across the entire tour. This included a high-impact Upstage Wall for show branding and secondary IMAG and Delay Screens for larger arena dates, ensuring every fan – from the front row to the back of the house – had a crystal-clear view of the performance.
- Elite Sony Broadcast Chain: To capture the nuances of Jimmy’s physical comedy, we provided a professional camera package featuring Sony Camera Chains and high-magnification Box Lenses. Managed by our CCU Control package, we maintained “studio-grade” skin tones and sharpness across all venues.
- Specialized Prompting & Comms: To support the tour’s high-density content, we supplied a custom Foldback TV solution for prompting, allowing for seamless show flow. Our integrated Comms Package kept the stage, production, and direction teams in perfect synchronization.
- Low-Latency Site Infrastructure: We engineered a robust FOH Video Infrastructure to handle site-wide signal distribution. This was critical for maintaining 100% synchronization between the stage audio and delay screens in Australia’s largest arenas.
