  • Ultra-High Resolution Visuals: We deployed multiple ROE BP2v2 2mm LED screens, providing a stunningly crisp canvas that allowed for fine-detail content to shine in the bright plenary environment.
  • Complex Signal Management: Powering these displays was a suite of Barco E2 processors, managing intricate multi-screen layouts and seamless source switching with zero latency.
  • Venue-Wide Connectivity: We extended the experience beyond the main stage, managing IPTV integration and a network of monitors throughout the BCEC to ensure the brand message was consistent in every corner of the venue.
  • Critical Communication: For a show this size, communication is everything. We deployed a Riedel Bolero Wireless Comms system, providing rock-solid, venue-wide audio for the entire production team.
  • Broadcast & Capture: Our multi-cam package with CCU control worked in tandem with our media servers and recording facilities to capture every keynote in high definition for future archival use.
