WOOHAH has had the pleasure of a full AV Package for our friends at Peanut Productions and their client CCEP (Coca-Cola). WOOHAH provided a LED Screens, Audio, Lighting, Media Servers, Cameras, Show Callers and Operators for the Conference and multiple activation zones throughout the mutl-day event in the Gold Coast.
This was a particukarly special event. WOOHAH was tasked to come up with a creative solution, in budget, that would provide a wow factor for the attendees. For this project we brought online Kenysis allowing us to move and track LED in real-time to create an awesome look throughout the conference. Congratulations to all the team. What a great looking show!

The Kenysis screen movement was quite a spectacle. Here is the screens moving in action. This is over 2t of LED dynamically moving as patrons watch on.
Testing the Kenysis / moving screen solution
To ensure that the solution we designed work we invited our client – Peanut Productions – to test the solution local to Melbourne where they are based before rolling this up to The Gold Coast for the event. We was thrilled to build the solution in full, demo and test in The State Theatre Melbourne. This is an important part to how we do things at WOOHAH. We only create and supply solutions that are guaranteed to work. Trialling this in The State Theatre ensured that time on site was limited to a reduced time – bumping the entire solution in in just one day.
