The Future of Human Potential: Wayfinder AI Activation
For the Wayfinder launch, the brief wasn’t just to display content, but to create a profound, interactive journey for every attendee. Partnering with Bendelta, WOOHAH moved beyond traditional AV to become software developers and experiential engineers. We designed a series of high-tech “engagements” that used real-time AI and custom-coded applications to turn the event into a living, breathing dialogue between the guests and their future selves.
Our “Special Projects” solution for Bendelta included:
- Rapid-Response App Development: With a short development window from concept to realisation, our in-house team developed and deployed custom event applications. This included a Real-Time Camera Tracking Solution that captured attendees and integrated their movements into live, generative visuals on our LED Screen system.
- The “Message to the Future” AI Activation: In a world-first engagement piece, we created a station where attendees recorded a video message to their future selves. Using AI processing, we aged the video in real-time and synthetically adjusted the guest’s voice to “age” with them, allowing the attendee to hear their own wisdom reflected back from their future self.
- High-Detail Custom Scenic Construction: To house these digital experiences, we designed and built Large-Scale Custom Scenic Elements. These high-detail constructions ensured that the physical environment felt as premium and “hand-crafted” as the technology within it.
- Immersive Audio & Lighting Design: We engineered a 360-degree Audio and Lighting Environment for every activation zone. Every soundscape was designed to be directional and intimate, ensuring guests were fully immersed in their personal AI experience without outside distraction.
- Agile Technical Execution: Our Operators and Technicians functioned as “Creative Engineers,” managing the complex intersection of live video, AI processing, and structural rigging to deliver a flawless, high-concept launch.
