- Hybrid AV Integration: To maximise efficiency, we managed the integration with built-in venue projectors, colour-matching them with our own Media Servers to ensure consistent, high-fidelity branding across both Sydney and Melbourne venues.
- Multi-Station Expo & Breakouts: Beyond the main stage, we deployed multiple AV stations for Breakout and Expo zones. This involved creating independent audio and visual hubs that allowed delegates to interact with specific Visa content without bleed-over from the main plenary.
- Studio-Quality Audio & Lighting: We supplied a robust Audio and Lighting solution tailored for corporate clarity. This included localised sound reinforcement for the expo stations and a clean, “broadcast-ready” lighting rig for the main stage presentations.
- Unified Technical Direction: Our Technical Director oversaw the entire tour, ensuring that the transition between Sydney and Melbourne was seamless. By maintaining the same technical leadership across both cities, we guaranteed that the show’s “flow” remained identical for the client.
