Horological Precision: Vacheron Constantin ‘The Quest’
For the launch of ‘The Quest’ by Vacheron Constantin, the environment had to reflect centuries of craftsmanship and luxury. Transforming the industrial backdrop of Machine Hall into a high-end boutique exhibition required a meticulous approach to technical design, where every cable was hidden and every lux level was intentional.
Despite a demanding one-day installation window, WOOHAH delivered a flawless environment defined by clean lines and immersive technology:
- The Immersive Canopy: We engineered a striking ROE BP2v2 LED Roof experience. Utilising the gold-standard in high-resolution LED, this overhead installation created a dynamic atmosphere that enveloped guests in the brand’s visual narrative, requiring complex, low-profile rigging to suit the venue’s constraints.
- Curated Soundscapes: We designed a multi-zone Audio Solution with a focus on “delicate placement.” Speakers were hidden within the architecture to deliver a full, immersive soundscape that guided guests through the exhibition without ever being visually intrusive.
- Scenic Digital Integration: To maintain the “boutique” aesthetic, we provided display screens embedded cleanly into scenic elements. These featured perfectly looped content with minimal visible bezel or cabling, ensuring the digital elements felt like a physical part of the exhibition design.
- Product-Centric Lighting: We deployed lighting specials throughout the space, specifically colour calibrated to enhance the intricate details of the timepieces. This required surgical precision to avoid glare on glass cases while ensuring the products were the undisputed stars of the show.
- The One-Day Sprint: Machine Hall presents unique logistical hurdles, but our team executed the full technical build within a super-tight 24-hour timeline. The result was a “zero-tolerance” finish that met the exacting standards of one of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands.
A massive thank you to Studio Messa and Vacheron Constantin for the opportunity to prove that even on the tightest timelines, “Technical Mastery” is non-negotiable.
