Seven Years of Excellence: Toyota National Skills 2025
For the 2025 National Skills event, the challenge was to create a seamless transition between high-energy competition and professional conference moments. WOOHAH engineered a site-wide technical solution that mapped the entire customer journey – from the initial sale to the service bay – ensuring every skill was captured, displayed, and celebrated with absolute clarity.
Our “Long-Term Partnership” solution for Face2Face Events and Toyota included:
- 9-Zone Interactive Activation Suite: We provided a comprehensive Vision, Lighting, and TV package for nine distinct competition zones. These activations were designed to simulate the “Customer Journey,” requiring high-detail displays for technical data and atmospheric lighting to define each unique stage of the Sales and Service process.
- Seamless Toyota System Integration: To ensure the competition was fair and transparent, we integrated our visual systems directly with Toyota’s internal data and scoring systems. This allowed for real-time leaderboards and technical telemetry to be displayed instantly across the 9 zones.
- Dynamic Plenary Auditorium: Beyond the competition floor, we constructed a full conference auditorium within the HQ. This featured a high-impact stage, professional Drape solutions, and integrated Lighting and Vision designed for keynote presentations and the final award ceremonies.
- The “White-Glove” Crew: Our Technicians and Operators provided the expert, calm leadership required for a 7th-year repeat client. Our team’s familiarity with Toyota HQ allowed for an incredibly efficient build and a flawless 360-degree show delivery.
