Architectural Precision: TCS Summit 2026 at Pier 2/3
For the TCS Summit, the technology needed to complement the stunning timber and glass architecture of the ACO on the Pier. WOOHAH was entrusted with the end-to-end technical delivery of this three-day flagship conference, providing a seamless “Plenary to Activation” solution that balanced high-performance data delivery with sophisticated event design.
Our comprehensive 3-day residency for Peanut Productions included:
- Curved 2mm LED Plenary Backdrop: We engineered a bespoke 2mm Curved LED screen that followed the contours of the plenary stage. This high-resolution surface provided a seamless, panoramic canvas for keynote presentations and data-rich content, ensuring perfect legibility from every angle in the room.
- Elite Processing & Media Management: To drive the complex curved canvas, we utilised a high-end E2 Screen Management system paired with Media Servers. This allowed for multi-window layouts, ultra-low latency transitions, and a “broadcast-ready” visual flow.
- Integrated Technical Direction & Show Calling: Beyond the hardware, WOOHAH provided the “brain” of the event. We supplied the full Show Calling and management team, ensuring that every cue – from lighting and audio to presenter walk-ons – was executed with the rhythmic precision of a professional production.
- Holistic Plenary Solutions: We delivered a fully integrated Audio, Lighting, and Staging package specifically tuned to the unique acoustics and aesthetics of the Pier, providing a warm, high-fidelity environment for global thought leaders.
- Mobile & Agile Activations: Throughout the venue, we powered multiple breakout and networking zones using battery-operated PA systems and independent media stations. This allowed for high-quality audio and visuals in areas where traditional cabling would have compromised the venue’s heritage-listed beauty.
- End-to-End Project Management: Our Technical Direction team managed the three-day program from load-in to final strike, providing a single, reliable point of contact for the client and ensuring the “WOOHAH Standard” was maintained across every session.
