Across the Main Stage and the Basquiat stage, we managed the complex intersection of international touring riders, site-wide signal transport, and high-stakes live broadcast. Our leadership ensured that every headliner’s vision was executed with the “Technical Mastery” that Australia’s premier festivals demand.

Our comprehensive Principal Video Solution included:

Transparent Festival Architecture: We deployed a massive ROE Vanish V8T LED upstage wall. The transparency allowed for high-impact lighting and atmospheric effects to punch through the video content, creating the deep, cinematic stage looks required for Kendrick Lamar’s headline performance.
High-Contrast Arena IMAGs: To anchor the site’s visual energy, we flanked the stages with ROE CB5 LED IMAG screens and “Eyebrows”. These provided a bright, high-definition contrast to the transparent main wall, ensuring every fan in the massive festival crowds had a clear, vivid view of the action.
Elite 4K Broadcast & Signal Flow: We engineered the Full Video Infrastructure site-wide, utilising a Full SMPTE Camera Package with complete CCU Control. This allowed our Camera Direction team to maintain studio-quality colour and exposure across every set, from the midday sun to the midnight headline slots.
Dynamic Camera Movement: To capture the raw energy of the performances, we integrated Steadicam solutions into the pit and on-stage, providing the fluid, cinematic movement that high-profile artists like Doechi require for their live visual narrative.
Mission-Critical Communication: We supplied a comprehensive Bolero Wireless Comms system, ensuring seamless, crystal-clear coordination between the directors, stage managers, and camera operators across the entire festival site.
Engineering & Rigging Mastery: Our team designed the Rigging Solutions to support the complex LED arrays and massive drape packages, ensuring structural integrity and rapid deployment across multiple state lines and weather conditions.
