Partnering with ELG, WOOHAH delivered a sophisticated visual ecosystem that combined architectural LED design with broadcast-grade storytelling.
To honor the graduates in a space as grand as Story Hall, we deployed a custom-engineered technical suite:
- Architectural LED Totems: We utilized high-resolution 3mm LED Screen Totems to create a vertical visual landscape. These sleek, pillar-style displays allowed for dynamic branding and student recognition, framing the stage with a modern, high-definition aesthetic that complemented the venue’s historic lines.
- Broadcast-Quality Storytelling: To ensure every handshake and diploma reveal was captured perfectly, we provided a full Broadcast Camera solution. Our expert operators, led by a dedicated Camera Director, ensured a professional, high-stakes live mix that brought the ceremony to life on the big screens.
- Centralised Content Control: Powered by our Media Servers, we managed the complex playback of graduate names, faculty graphics, and cinematic transitions, ensuring the flow of the ceremony remained flawless and perfectly timed.
- Unified Technical Integration: Our team managed the seamless integration with venue AV services, syncing our live feeds and custom content with the existing house LED screens for a cohesive, venue-wide visual experience.
- Professional On-Site Delivery: From the initial rig to the final procession, our technicians and operators provided the “Technical Mastery” required to execute a high-pressure academic event with total precision.
