- Seamless Plenary Production: We delivered a high-performance Projection and Audio solution for the main sessions, ensuring that executive presentations were delivered with studio-grade clarity. Utilising Media Servers and a professional Camera Switching package, we managed a dynamic visual mix that kept the audience engaged throughout the multi-day agenda.
- Integrated Scenic & Staging: To maintain the premium look of the MECCA brand, we provided Staging and Custom Scenic items that integrated perfectly with our AV hardware. This ensured that the technology served the design, creating a clean, professional stage environment.
- Hybrid Venue Integration: We managed the complex integration with the 1 Hotel’s in-built AV systems, optimising existing infrastructure while layering in our own high-spec gear to ensure 100% reliability and enhanced performance.
- Multi-Zone Expo Support: Beyond the main room, we provided AV support for multiple Expo activations. This required a tailored approach to audio and visual playback for each station, allowing attendees to move through different product and strategy zones without technical interference.
- Advanced Comms Network: Communication is the backbone of any successful conference. We deployed a sophisticated Comms System designed for both our show crew and the internal MECCA teams, ensuring real-time coordination across the entire venue.
