For the 2025 IPA National Congress, the challenge was to maintain the prestige of a national summit while navigating the unique logistical hurdles of an offshore destination. WOOHAH delivered an end-to-end broadcast and streaming solution that ensured every keynote, panel, and technical session was delivered with absolute security and high-definition clarity to a dual audience.
Our specialized “Destination Hybrid” solution for the IPA included:
- Multi-Room Broadcast Capture: We deployed a professional Camera System across all conference rooms, capturing every session for both in-room IMAG feeds and the live digital broadcast. This ensured that no matter where a delegate was – on the island or online – they had a front-row seat.
- Secure Enterprise Streaming Platform: We provided a bespoke, secure streaming platform tailored specifically for IPA members. This allowed for authenticated access, ensuring that the congress’s high-value intellectual property remained exclusive and protected while being delivered smoothly to a national audience.
- On-Site Technical Leadership: Operating on an island means there is no “running back to the warehouse.” Our Project Management and Technical Direction team managed the complex logistics of shipping and installing a full-scale broadcast suite in a regional location, providing the “Technical Mastery” required for zero-downtime execution.
- Real-Time Platform Support: Beyond the hardware, we provided dedicated Platform Support throughout the two-day event. Our digital team monitored the health of the stream and supported online attendees in real-time, ensuring a frictionless user experience from login to the final closing remarks.
