Partnering with Peanut Productions, WOOHAH engineered a sophisticated multi-city hybrid broadcast that linked satellite venues across every major capital. This wasn’t just a broadcast to be watched; it was a “true hybrid” environment where every venue could see, hear, and interact with one another simultaneously.
To facilitate this massive cross-border connection, we delivered:
- Ultra-Low Latency SRT Backbone: The heart of the event was our signal management and broadcast links. Utilising SRT (Secure Reliable Transport) technology, we maintained an ultra-low latency connection between all sites. This allowed for seamless, real-time interaction between speakers in different states, ensuring the 50-year celebration felt like one cohesive room.
- Integrated Technical Direction & Show Calling: With multiple venues live at once, precision was paramount. Our Technical Director and Show Caller managed the complex flow of the event, coordinating transitions between cities and ensuring the “national” broadcast remained perfectly in sync for both in-room and online participants.
- Branded TV & Media Integration: We provided custom TV solutions designed to be embedded directly into branded scenic elements. Powered by our Media Servers, these displays served as the “windows” between venues, maintaining a high-end corporate aesthetic while facilitating global connectivity.
- Uniform Audio & Lighting Solutions: To ensure brand consistency, we deployed standardised Audio and Lighting packages across the network. This guaranteed that every executive, whether in Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth, was presented with the same studio-grade clarity and professional polish.
