Panoramic Prestige: Cox Plate Week 2025
For a series of events as prestigious as the Cox Plate Week, “standard” screen sizes simply wouldn’t suffice. To match the grand scale of the Moonee Valley celebrations, WOOHAH engineered a massive, seamless visual environment that served as the high-definition heartbeat for every gala and awards presentation throughout the week.
To support the vision of Design&Deliver, we provided:
- 19-Meter Ultra-Wide LED Canvas: We deployed a massive ROE 2mm LED screen spanning the entire 19-meter width of the stage. This “edge-to-edge” installation created a breathtaking, cinematic backdrop that allowed for grand-scale branding, immersive racing replays, and sophisticated awards graphics without a single visible seam.
- Pixel-Perfect Clarity: By utilising a 2mm pixel pitch, we ensured that even the most intricate typography and high-speed racing footage remained razor-sharp for guests seated at the front of the room. The result was a premium, “Retina-level” viewing experience that befitted a world-class sporting event.
- Continuous Multi-Event Support: Managing a series of high-profile events over a full week requires immense reliability. Our Technicians provided 24/7 support, managing the transitions between daytime awards ceremonies and glamorous evening galas with the “Technical Mastery” required for a zero-failure environment.
- Seamless Integration: The ultra-wide format allowed for flexible “Picture-in-Picture” layouts, where live presenters could be flanked by dynamic data feeds, sponsor loops, and historical footage simultaneously, all on one unified surface.
