Industrial Scale, Cinematic Clarity: AusRAIL 2025 at MCEC
For AusRAIL, the requirement was for a visual solution that could handle both high-detail technical data and grand-scale cinematic branding. To support the MCEC team, WOOHAH deployed a monumental 20-meter wide LED installation, transforming the Plenary into an immersive environment where every speaker, presentation, and video reel was delivered with absolute precision.
Our “Premium Partner” solution for the MCEC included:
- Colossal Cinema-Grade Canvas: We installed a massive 20m Wide x 5m High ROE BP2v2 LED Screen. As the industry standard for high-end broadcast and “in-camera” production, the BP2v2 provided the MCEC Plenary with an ultra-fine pixel pitch and incredible colour depth, ensuring that even the most complex rail network diagrams remained razor-sharp from the back of the room.
- The Gold Standard in Processing: To drive this 100-square-meter surface, we utilised Brompton Technology processing. This ensured the plenary’s visuals had perfect grayscale, fluid motion, and professional-grade colour accuracy, meeting the high expectations of the MCEC’s corporate and government stakeholders.
- A Reliable Technical Extension: Engaging WOOHAH allowed the MCEC to offer a “Tier 1” video solution with total peace of mind. Our Technicians worked as a seamless extension of the MCEC’s internal production team, managing the complex rigging, calibration, and signal flow of the massive ROE wall.
- Large-Scale Plenary Impact: By spanning the entire width of the plenary stage, the 20m wall provided a continuous, panoramic digital architecture that elevated the prestige of the AusRAIL summit and reinforced MCEC’s reputation as a world-class venue.
