Hyper-Kinetic Energy: Atarashii Gakko! Australian Tour 2025
The 2025 Atarashii Gakko! tour was a masterclass in modern J-Pop performance – fast, loud, and visually arresting. To support their debut headline run in Australia, WOOHAH engineered a rock-solid video and rigging infrastructure designed for the high-intensity demands of their show, providing the “Technical Mastery” required for a flawless trans-city tour.
Our “High-Impact” touring solution for Frontier Touring included:
- Punchy Upstage Visual Anchor: We deployed a large-scale ROE CB5 LED upstage wall. Known for its incredible brightness and wide viewing angles, the CB5 provided a vibrant, high-contrast surface that made the group’s bold graphic content and anime-inspired visuals “pop” against the stage lighting.
- Unified FOH Control: We engineered the Full Video Infrastructure site-wide, providing our team with complete, low-latency control at Front of House. This allowed for perfect synchronisation between the live performance and the complex playback cues that are central to the Atarashii Gakko! experience.
- Precision Touring Rigging: Our Rigging Solutions were designed for the rapid “load-in/load-out” requirements of a national tour. We ensured that the LED arrays were perfectly aligned and safely secured in both the Sydney and Melbourne venues, maintaining a consistent look across the entire run.
- Specialized Touring Technicians: Our Technicians managed the deployment and calibration of the system in every city, ensuring 100% reliability for one of the most unique and energetic touring acts of the year.
